Refund and Returns Policy

Bookings (Bay Hire, Lessons & Fittings)

All bookings at Play to Par are for specific dates and times and reserve staff and facilities exclusively for you.

  • Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booking start time
    → Eligible for a full refund or credit (at our discretion).
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking start time
    → No refund.
    → A credit may be offered only in exceptional circumstances and at Play to Par’s discretion.
  • Failure to attend (no-show)
    → No refund or credit.
  • Late arrival
    → Sessions will end at the scheduled time. No partial refunds or extensions.

Lesson Packages & Programmes

  • Lesson packs, academies, and multi-session programmes are non-refundable once started.
  • Unused sessions expire 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
  • Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are forfeited.

Memberships

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.
  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Annual Commitment memberships cannot be cancelled if on monthly billing.
  • No refunds are given for unused time, sessions, or benefits.

Club Fittings & Services

  • Fitting fees are non-refundable once the service has taken place.
  • Equipment orders placed following a fitting are subject to manufacturer and supplier return policies.

Weather, Technical Issues & Force Majeure

  • Indoor bays are weather-independent; refunds are not issued for weather conditions.
  • If Play to Par must cancel due to equipment failure or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
